RETAIL CUSTOMERS

WARRANTY RETURNS

To protect the customer's rights, all warranty claims must be made via the retailer. If you are in the unfortunate position of having a faulty product, please return it to the retailer along with a covering letter stating the nature of the fault, plus some proof-of-purchase (copy invoice, credit card/bank statement etc).

UK WARRANTY ONLY

Sea & Sea Ltd only cover warranty claims on new goods purchased through our official stockists*.

We do not cover warranty claims on items purchased from overseas retailers or on items purchased via ebay/Amazon etc. where the seller is not one of our official stockists*. Warranty claims in these situations must be made via the retailer in the country of origin.

In cases where Sea & Sea Ltd agree to act as an intermediary with the manufacturer for non-UK sold returns, an administration fee and postage costs will be charged.

*See our Stockists page or contact us to verify.
