Product Description

The SDI Rescue Diver Slates offers the user a DCS Field Evaluation and place to record a full diver (and/or Buddy) interview, including an area for dive profile, sign and symptoms of DCS, first aid for suspected DCS, and finally a full Field Neurological Observation Record.

An assistant slate is provided to allow for easy recall of the various recommended procedures, as well as an area for additional case notes.
