Ocean Reef Neptune System Training Program The Ocean Reef Neptune System Training Program (NSTP) is for introducing and teaching the safe use of the Ocean Reef Neptune System. It has been developed and written by instructors and Course Directors belonging to various educational agencies and is approved as a speciality course. Instructors and trainers have a complete set of educational equipment at their disposal.
