GAMMA 105 integrated audio/video system

Gamma 105 (code 33119: PAL - code 33120: NTSC) is an integrated Audio/ Video system using the MI 05 digital and a CCD Microvideo Camera that can be fitted either in an underwater housing attached to the Ocean Reef Neptune II Mask or held by the diver. This makes it possible to talk with an unlimited number of divers operating in the working range of the M105D, while monitoring on the surface what the camera is seeing underwater. The camera is hardwired connected by a 40 mt (120 feet) cable to a color LCD 4" monitor. GAMMA 105 system includes: - Ultrasonic surface communication system complete with a 10 meters (33 feet) long . Long transducer cable, microphone, cable for external power supply, audio out, headphone outlet, volume control and incorporated loudspeaker. - CCD Color Micro Video Camera with underwater housing and mounting bracket for Ocean Reef Neptune II - 120 foot camera cable - - 4" TFT LCD color monitor with 980x234 resolution, loudspeaker, audio & video in (for optional applications), brightness & color controls. - Video out for external video-recorder or monitor - Battery charger connector - 12 volts lead battery - 12 volts battery charger

ALPHA1 ALPHA 2
underwater/surface cable communication system
Ocean Reef Neptune System

The ALPHA Unit (ALPHA 1:code 33112; ALPHA 2: code 33113) is an underwater/surface cablecommunication system composed of an underwater receiving & transceiver unit, which can be connected to a Ocean Reef Neptune II NIRA. It is equipped with a microphone and loudspea ker, umbilical cable of approximately 30 mt and a base unit, which is in an ABS sealed protective carrying case and is powered by chargeable batteries. The Alpha Unit is equipped with the following: - On/Off Switch - Head set with incorporated microphone - Receiving Volume adjustment, you can adjust the loudspeaker volume of the underwater unit - Sound and Visual Alarm which can be directed with an incorpora- ted knob on the underwater unit - Battery Charger.
The diver can speak and receive in full duplex mode automatically. The underwater unit is also equipped with sound and visual alarms that can be switched on from the surface unit. The ALPHA 2 allows the contemporary communication between two divers and the surface station.

GSM TV2 integrated audio/video with short-wave radio communication system

The GSM TV2 (code 33110: PAL - code 33111: NTSC) is a professional system capable of sending the audio/ video signal from the diver to a hardwired surface transmitter, which will then transmit the signal to the remote boat or land receiving system via short-wave radio. GSM TV2 System includes:

Ocean Reef Neptune System
DIVING UNIT (code 8517: PAL - code 8515: NTSC) - Ocean Reef Neptune II NIRA mask with color CCD micro-video camera, ; incorporating full duplex loudspeaker and microphone connected via cable to the surface two-way radio 120 feet cable (code 8613) with quick waterproof connector to the diving unit and cable reel

REMOTE SURFACE UNIT
(code 8515)
- Waterproof transceiver powered by rechargeable NI-Cad batteries installed on a floating buoy.

PORTABLE BASE UNIT
(code 8516 : PAL - code 8519 : NTSC)
Ocean Reef Neptune System
Unit housed in an impact resistant case and includes the following:
- 4" TFT LCD color monitor with 980x234 resolution - Anodized aluminum panel - Headset plug in - Loudspeaker - PTT Microphone
- Video.out for external VCR or monitor - Audio control - 12 VDC rechargeable battery with battery charger - Connector for external 12 VDC power source
- Connector and commutation for allowing direct connection to the diving unit or external antennas GSM TV2 features three operational options:

Diver unit to remote surface unit to remote base unit (300 mt - 1000 feet operational range). Video and audio signals are transmitted by cable up to the surface and then on by wireless radio frequency to the remote base station. This configuration is useful when the diver has to be totally independent from the base unit.

Diver unit to base unit via direct cable, proving the highest quality audio/video. This configuration is useful when the diver can operate close to the base unit such as a pool, aquariums, or surveying

Diver unit to remote surface unit to remote base unit connected to external antennas. This provides the highest quality if the base unit is located inside. When the base unit is installed indoors it is always better to connect up to external antennas (see accessories) to avoid shielding that would considerably impair the communication quality. The base unit receives images taken by the video camera, showing what the diver is observing. The diver can talk with the operators at the base unit in full duplex mode. The video camera focuses from about 5 " to the infinite and has automatic brightness adjustment. More than one remote base unit can be receiving and transmitting with the same diver.
