"...A
voice out of the silence of the deep, a sound misteriously multiplied as
of a cataract from the mountain's side, or roar 0f winds upon a wooded steep."

M 101A receive unit M-101A (code 33107) is a receive only system, operating on the same frequency as the GSM DAT and the MI 05 Digital or any previous Ocean REEF communication systems. It will fit on any standard scuba mask strap, just like a snorkel or Full Face Mask. It activates automatically when it comes in contact with the water. The MI 01 A, which uses a 9-volt alkaline battery, has a "low battery" signal that will beep every 10 seconds when the battery is low. The reception of the MI 01 A is strong enough, that it is not always necessary to attach it to the mask strap. In fact it is often sufficient to just hold it in your hand or attach it to your BC, making it possible to listen to the transmission with more than one diver. |

M105 DIGITAL surface to divers unit The M-105 Digital (code 33109: 220v - code 33114: ll0v )is a surface to divers communication system, allowing surface personnel to talk with divers in the water or vice versa. The system incorporates a 6 VDC lead battery, giving up to 48 hours of operation, or can be hard wired with a 12 VDC source. The system can only be activated when the transducer with a 30-foot cable is connected, preventing unwanted loss of battery power. To start communication with the divers, the transducer has to be lowered into the water. Transmission is activated by pressing the microphone button - which will then sound a short beep - letting the divers know transmission is about to begin. It will return to receive only when the button is released again. The M105 Digital comes standard with the following: - Headphone connection - Volume control - Loudspeaker - Water resistant case with a pressure compensation valve - Battery charger - Transducer cable bag - Connector and Cable for an external 12 VDC source audio out for recorder/amplifier Available Options include: - audio out cable - Headphones |
