Fill in the attached coupon.

Pack your old mask and post it back to Sea & Sea Limited (or directly contact OCEAN REEF headquarter in Italy. contact@oceanreefgroup.com )

Sea & Sea Limited will contact OCEAN REEF headquarters, confirming the receipt of the mask and the relevant coupon with proof of purchase of the new OCEAN REEF mask.

Ocean Reef shall wire transfer the Sterling equivalent of 200.00 US$ + 20 US$ freight charges to the end user if all documents and data are correct.

The programme is immediately active.
